Thomas Raffin has over 40 years of work experience as a Chief Electrical Engineer and Electrical Superintendent. Thomas started their career at Brown and Root in 1976 as an Electrical Superintendent and worked there until 1982. Thomas then joined Koch Industries in 1980 as a Chief Electrical Engineer and stayed with the company until 1992. From 1992 to 2019, they worked at Amec Foster Wheeler as a Chief Electrical Engineer. Currently, Thomas is working at Wenck as their Chief Electrical Engineer, starting in August 2019.
Thomas Raffin completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1972 to 1976, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power. Thomas then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Lamar University between 1976 and 1980. Thomas later attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their Juris Doctorate degree in patent law.
