Todd Shoemaker is a highly experienced water resources engineer with a robust background in the design and management of water quality improvement projects, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and watershed planning. Currently serving as Principal and Water Resources Group Leader at Stantec since January 2021, Todd also holds a Senior Associate title. Previously, Todd worked as a Principal Water Resources Engineer at Wenck Associates, Inc. from September 2012 and held an Environmental Engineer position with the City of Dubuque, where key responsibilities included stormwater management solutions and regulatory compliance. Todd's career commenced at Wenck Associates, Inc. in July 2002 as an Associate Water Resources Engineer. Todd earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
