Sheila Carpenter

Sheila Carpenter is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in technical sales, research and development, and quality control. Currently serving as the Manager Southeast at Wenda Ingredients since September 2022, Sheila has successfully managed a territory with 27 national and processor accounts across 11 states. Prior to this role, Sheila held various positions, including Technical Sales Manager at Dottley Spice and Manager of Processor Sales at Southeastern Mills, where key responsibilities included overseeing sales operations and product development. Sheila's background also includes significant research roles at Newly Weds Foods and Guernsey Bel, where product innovation and reformulation were crucial. Educationally, Sheila has a B.S. in Chemistry from Eastern Illinois University and pursued graduate studies in Analytical Chemistry at Governor’s State University.
