Chris Witherspoon

Chris Witherspoon has a strong background in finance and consulting. Chris is currently the Head of Fund Investments at Wendel, a position they started in May 2021. Chris previously worked as a Senior Investment Manager at VenCap International plc from 2016 until May 2021. Before that, they held roles in venture capital at the British Business Bank from 2013 to 2016 and in management consulting at KPMG UK from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked in restructuring advisory at KPMG China from 2008 to 2010 and in audit at KPMG UK from 2004 to 2008.

Chris Witherspoon has a Master's Degree from Durham University Business School. Chris also has a Bachelor's Degree in History from King's College London. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School.
