Alexandra Kern

Alexandra Kern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Partner at The Wendy's Company since April 2023, Alexandra focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness and achieving cost savings through the application of continuous improvement tools. Previously, Alexandra held various roles at Allstate, including Continuous Improvement Senior Consultant and Customer Experience Consultant, where leadership and training responsibilities were emphasized through team management, root cause problem solving, and program facilitation.
