Flavia Padilha Gomes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and finance within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Development for Canada and Latin America at The Wendy's Company since June 2014, Flavia has previously held various roles at Yum! Restaurants International, including Development Director and Finance Manager. With a strong background in financial management and market planning, Flavia has successfully supported franchisees in meeting development targets across the Latin America and Caribbean regions. Flavia's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA from the University of Calgary, and a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
