Iwona Wencel

Iwona Wencel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as VP HR at WeNet Group S.A. since June 2023. As a founding council member of Ruch #HROdnowa, Wencel is involved in initiatives to enhance the role of HR. Additionally, Wencel founded HR Power Mentor, an online educational platform for HR Business Partners, and has held various leadership roles including Managing Partner at WNCL from January 2006 to December 2023, Chief People Officer at Mindgram, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Medinice S.A. Previous experience includes serving as VP Chief HR Officer at Grupa Wirtualna Polska and HR Director at both Gillette and Aventis Pharma. Wencel holds a degree from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
