Beat Walti

Beat Walti has extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in corporate takeovers, participations, succession planning, and management buyouts as a Partner at Wenger Vieli since 2002. In addition to this role, Beat Walti serves as Chairman of the Foundation Board for Ernst Göhner Stiftung and as a member of the Board of Directors for DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, Siegfried, and RAHN-Group. Beat Walti has held various leadership positions, including Member of Parliament since 2014, with a focus on economic policy and tax matters.
