Catherine West

Catherine West has had a long and successful career in business and law. Catherine has been a board member at Wenona School since 2019 and previously served on the board of Southern Phone from 2017 to 2019. Catherine was also a member of the Commercial Committee at BAFTA from 2013 to 2015 and the Womens Leadership Group at The Prince's Trust from 2012 to 2016. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Legal and Business Affairs - Content, Commercial and Joint Ventures at Sky from 1998 to 2015. Catherine began their career as a solicitor at Ashurst in 1995.

Catherine West studied a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Sydney, majoring in accounting and econometrics. Catherine then completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honours at the University of Sydney. Catherine was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and later as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Catherine is also a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
