Suzi Potts

Suzi Potts has over 20 years of diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Suzi is currently the Senior Vice President, Head of People at Wente Vineyards, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Wente Vineyards from June 2018 to July 2020. Suzi also has a significant background in talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion, having served as the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition & Diversity and Inclusion at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from September 2016 to February 2018. Suzi held various roles at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits from 2002 to 2018, including Director of Recruitment and Senior Director of Talent Management. Before that, Suzi worked as the Recruiting & Orientation Manager at VentureOne from 2000 to 2002 and as a Senior Staffing Specialist at The Specialists Group, LLC from 1998 to 2000. Suzi'sexpertise includes recruitment strategy, talent management, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Suzi Potts holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling, Psychology, and Education, with a specialization in career development, from Santa Clara University. Suzi also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additionally, Suzi Potts has pursued a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
