Aly Wente O'Neal

Aly Wente O'Neal has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Wente Vineyards in 2010 and worked in that role until 2013. Following this, they joined SunCal as a Project Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to Constellation Brands where they took on the role of Associate Marketing Manager, Fine Wine until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as Manager, Brand Marketing at Constellation Brands, overseeing strategic growth on various domestic and import fine wine brands. They then returned to Wente Vineyards and held the position of Senior Brand Manager from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of Marketing at Wente Vineyards. Their most recent role is Vice President, Marketing and Customer Experience at Wente Vineyards, starting in March 2021. In this role, they oversee the marketing and customer experience teams for a portfolio of brands and play a key role in developing company-wide strategic priorities.

Aly Wente O'Neal attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Broadcast Journalism. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Livermore High School.
