John Dudley has a extensive work experience in the field of engineering and maintenance. John started their career in 1979 as an Equipment Engineer at Texas Instruments. John then worked at Motorola Semiconductor, where they held multiple roles including Process Group Leader, Staff Equipment Engineer, and Equipment Maintenance Section Manager. At Freescale Semiconductor, they served as a Facilities & Equipment Engineering Manager and later as a Staff Equipment Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing equipment maintenance, installation, and procurement. Before that, at Anadigics, they were the Equipment Support Manager, leading a team of engineers and technicians. In their most recent role at Wente Vineyards, they served as the Director of Engineering and Maintenance, and previously as the Facilities Manager. Overall, John Dudley has proven expertise in managing engineering and maintenance operations, leading teams, and budget planning within various organizations.
John Dudley attended Texas Tech University from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. In addition to their degree, John Dudley obtained a certification in Building High-Performance Teams from LinkedIn in October 2016.
