The current board of directors at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital has a wide range of experience in both the medical field and in business. The board chair, treasurer, and several members have experience working in finance and accounting. Other members have experience working in healthcare administration and management. One member is a cardiovascular technologist who has worked at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. All members of the board have at least a bachelor's degree, and several have advanced degrees from prestigious universities.
