Caitlin Hughes

Caitlin Hughes currently serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Wentworth Institute of Technology, a position held since July 2022, after previously holding the role of Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions. Prior to this, Caitlin worked as an Admissions Counselor and Assistant Softball Coach at Westfield State University from August 2019 to July 2022, and also gained experience as a Graduate Assistant in Athletics during this time. Caitlin's early career includes a Counseling Internship at West Central Family and Counseling and a Probation Department Internship at the Massachusetts Trial Court. Caitlin holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology (BA) and Criminal Justice (BS) from Westfield State University.
