Suzie Murphy

Suzie Murphy serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wentworth Institute of Technology since March 2023. With extensive experience, Suzie has also worked as an Independent Consultant and Strengths Coach from July 2017 to July 2024, focusing on human resource management and employee engagement in collaboration with educational institutions and non-profits. Previous roles include Chief People Officer and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Simmons University, where major contributions included developing human capital strategy and leading online graduate programs to significant revenue growth. Suzie's career journey also includes impactful positions at Monitor Deloitte, Emmanuel College, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and an Executive Fellowship at State Street Global Advisors.
