Alexander Sokolov

Alexander Sokolov has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alexander is currently the co-founder and CTO of WeOne since November 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Semicolon Lab in July 2017 and served as the CEO until November 2020. At Semicolon Lab, they focused on backend development, software testing automation, DevOps, cloud infrastructure engineering, data science, and data engineering.

Before starting their own ventures, Alexander worked as a data engineer at Toptal's Core Team from June 2017 to March 2019. Alexander also worked as a senior data engineer at Chevron from March 2015 to May 2017. Prior to Chevron, they held senior software engineer and software engineer roles at EPAM Systems from April 2012 to May 2017, and at OpenText from April 2014 to March 2015.

Alexander's earlier experiences include roles as a software engineer at Chevron (October 2013 to March 2014), Canadian Tire Corporation (December 2012 to March 2013), and Aramark (April 2012 to September 2012). Alexander also worked as a self-employed software engineering consultant from October 2009 to May 2012.
