Oscar Rodriguera

Oscar Rodriguera has extensive experience in the operations field, holding various roles in different companies over the years. Oscar most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at WePackItAll, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Operations at Boskovich Farms Inc. starting in April 2022. Oscar also served as the Director of Fresh Cut Operations at Boskovich Farms from April 2016 to March 2022. Before joining Boskovich Farms, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Fresh Venture Foods from April 2015 to April 2016.

Prior to their roles at Fresh Venture Foods and Boskovich Farms, Oscar held a series of positions at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., including Interim Director of Operations from November 2013 to March 2015, Operation Manager from March 2010 to October 2013, Business Unit Leader Salads & Vegetables/National Production Scheduling Manager from October 2008 to March 2010, Manufacturing Manager from February 2006 to September 2008, Salad Manager from February 2006 to March 2007, West Coast Customer Logistic Manager from February 2005 to February 2006, Night Operation Manager from October 2002 to January 2005, Team Manager from February 2001 to October 2002, and Production Supervisor from April 2000 to February 2001.

Oscar's career started as a Crop Manager at Agricola Rodriguera in June 1996, where they worked until September 2000.

From 1996 to 2000, Oscar Rodriguera attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Marketing and Agribusiness Management.
