Nina Guschall

Nina Guschall has a diverse work experience. Nina started as an Assistenz kaufmännische Leitung at Gebrüder Schulte GmbH & Co. KG in July 2007 and worked there until January 2012. From February 2012 to March 2014, they worked as a General ledger accounting at WEPA. Nina was then promoted to Head of general ledger accounting from March 2014 to April 2018. From April 2018 to June 2020, they served as the Head of finance systems at WEPA. Nina then took on the role of IT Process Leader from June 2020 to August 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Process Excellence & Data Management at WEPA.

Nina Guschall pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FernUniversität in Hagen from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the IHK from 2009 to 2011, where they acquired the qualification of Internationaler Bilanzbuchhalter.
