Amrit R. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as COO & Co-Founder at WeReno (YC W22) since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Pulis Investments from June 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining Pulis Investments, Amrit R. held multiple roles at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P., including Financial Analyst-Fixed Assets from May 2018 to June 2019, Junior Financial Analyst-Fixed Assets from July 2017 to April 2018, Expense Payable Analyst from September 2016 to July 2017, and Accounts Payable Analyst from August 2015 to August 2016.

They began their career as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at DefenseTek Security in September 2014, where they gained experience working with various Fortune 500 companies.

Amrit R. pursued their Bachelor's degree from McMaster University from 2011 to 2015. Amrit specialized in Accounting with a minor in Economics during their undergraduate studies.

After completing their degree, Amrit R. obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. in September 2016. This certification signifies their knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Furthermore, in December 2021, Amrit R. achieved the prestigious designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). This certification demonstrates their expertise and competence in the field of accounting.
