Paul Windt has over 30 years of experience in the medical field. In 1989, they began their career as a Staff Pharmacist at Underwood Memorial Hospital. Paul then moved on to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 1993, where they worked as a Supervisor. In 1996, they became a Clinical Operations Manager at Hoffmann-La Roche. Paul then worked as an AVP of Clinical Affairs at ImClone from 2000 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Sr. Director of Clinical Trial Management at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Paul then became the Head of Clinical Operations at Cara Therapeutics in 2015, and most recently, the Global Head of Clinical Operations, Translational Clinical Oncology at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) in 2017. Paul is currently the VP of Clinical Development Operations at Werewolf Therapeutics.
Paul Windt received their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers University between 1981 and 1986. Paul then earned their Master of Business Administration in Health Administration from Widener University between 1992 and 1995. Finally, they completed their Pharm D from Midwestern University between 1998 and 2000.
