Rowin van Merrienboer

Rowin van Merrienboer is an experienced professional in HR-IT and project management, currently serving as Hoofd track transitie HR-IT and Coördinerend adviseur HR-IT at Ministerie van Defensie since May 2019. In this role, Rowin conducted a six-month qualitative assessment of HR-IT within the Ministry, leading to an integrated overview of IT operations, finances, and behavior.
