Diane Stewart-Ferro has over 25 years of work experience. Diane started their career as an Attorney at Law at the Law Offices of Diane M. Stewart, where they provided legal consultation and representation in various legal matters. Diane then worked at ConAgra Foods, Inc. as a Senior Associate in Strategic Sourcing, where they managed cross-functional teams and facilitated negotiations to reduce costs. Diane later served as a Legal Compliance Analyst and Manager of Compliance & Contracts in the Human Resources Business Center at ConAgra Foods, where they handled government filings, conducted legal research, and drafted company policies. Diane also worked at Kutak Rock as Of Counsel, providing legal consultation to clients on matters related to employee benefit plans. Currently, they are working at Werner Enterprises as the Associate Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, overseeing legal matters and providing consultation on various regulations and acts.

Diane Stewart-Ferro obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences/Pre-Law from Midland Lutheran College, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree at Creighton University School of Law from 1993 to 1996.
