Dr. Tracey Holst

Dr. Tracey Holst, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Market Human Resources Officer at WesBanco, Dr. Holst is also the Founder and CEO of TLH People Consulting, LLC, where a full-service HR consulting practice supports small to mid-size businesses. Additionally, Dr. Holst is an Adjunct Professor at Robert Morris University and a Career Consultant and Coach at PROMARK Company, focusing on leadership development and career transitions. Dr. Holst's previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at the Center for Organ Recovery & Education and Senior Director of Human Resources at Xcoal Energy & Resources, among others, showcasing a strong background in strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and talent management.
