Janine Kamonzeki has extensive experience in leadership and transformation within WESCO Distribution, serving in various roles since April 2008, currently as the Director of LEAN, Communications & Security Solutions. In this position, Janine oversees LEAN strategy and transformation across a $7 billion global business, focusing on revenue enablement and strategic deployment. Previous roles include LEAN Program Manager, Global Account Manager, and Business Development Manager, where Janine led initiatives to enhance productivity and manage significant accounts. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Simon Fraser University and several leadership and LEAN training certifications from institutions such as Crestcom International and Morestream University.
