Lindsey Siler

Lindsey Siler is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for West Operations at WESCO Distribution since January 2022, Lindsey has previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner and HR Generalist at Panasonic Energy of North America from November 2019 to January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as HR Generalist at Sherwin-Williams, Recruiting Coordinator at Tesla, and Director of Crisis Services at WestCare Foundation. Lindsey began a career in counseling as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor at The Life Change Center and Center for Behavioral Health. Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
