Joce Vignola

Joce Vignola is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in various roles across the mining industry. Currently serving as Development Supervisor at Wesdome Gold Mines since November 2024, Joce has held multiple key positions, including Mine General Foreman and Longhole Supervisor at Pan American Silver Corp. from January 2019 to November 2024. Previous roles include Shaft Supervisor at Tahoe Resources Inc. and Mine Supervisor at Bell Creek mine, demonstrating expertise in shaft and underground operations, development, and contractor oversight. Joce began the mining career as a Bolter and Pastefill Construction specialist at Dumas Contracting Ltd. and has foundational experience in labor positions at Tembec. Joce holds a degree in Police Foundations with honors from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology.
