Lucy Pickering

Lucy Pickering has extensive experience in customer lifecycle marketing and consumer marketing strategy, currently serving as the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Wesfarmers OneDigital since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lucy held the position of Consumer Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager at Kognitiv Corporation from October 2021 to December 2022. Lucy's career at Spotlight Retail Group spanned seven years, during which various roles included Customer Lifecycle Campaign Manager, Loyalty & CRM Specialist, Digital Marketing Coordinator, and Graphic Designer. Earlier in 2014, Lucy gained experience as a Graphic Artist at Coles. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2012.
