Heather Wolyniec

Heather Wolyniec is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in data transformation and operational improvements. Currently serving as Manager of Group Systems and Data Transformation at Wesfarmers since June 2023, Heather leads initiatives to enhance the strategic use of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data. Previously, Heather held the position of Manager of Digital, Data and Improvement at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 30 and merging departments for comprehensive operational enhancements. Prior to this, Heather worked at Amazon in various managerial roles, including Senior Manager of Product Programs, where significant contributions included the implementation of Amazon Flex in the UK. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master of Science in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School, Heather brings a wealth of expertise in strategic management and data-driven decision making across diverse industries.
