Troy Scudds

Troy Scudds has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. At Wesfarmers, they held various roles including Vice President of Lithium Markets and Strategy, Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Unit CFO. In these roles, they were responsible for leading multiple teams, developing corporate plans and strategies, and executing acquisitions and divestments. Troy also coordinated project teams for major acquisitions and divestments, including the acquisition of a UK Home Improvement Business. At Woodside Energy, they served as General Manager of Services and Finance Manager of the LNG Plant.

Troy Scudds has a diverse educational background, with a focus on business and leadership development. In 1996, they attended the CPA Australia Program and completed the CPA Program, specializing in CPA Program studies. In 2002, Scudds pursued a Masters of Business and Technology degree at UNSW, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2010, they attended the Center for Leadership (CL) and completed the Executive Development Program. In 2015, Scudds enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors for the Company Directors Course. Lastly, in 2017, Scudds participated in the CFO Vantage Program at Deloitte.
