He is also a Director & Co-Founder of Uptime Labs, an IT outage simulator aimed at improving incident response management. Additionally, Jack is an Organiser at London Tech Leaders, a community events platform, and an Angel Investor at Loop Not Luck, focused on improving social mobility in the UK. With a background in DevOps consulting and a degree in International Business & Entrepreneurship, Jack brings a wealth of experience to his various roles in the tech industry.
