Pat Bate

Pat Bate has held various positions in recruitment and consultancy, specializing in industries like civil engineering, naval architecture, and maritime. Currently serving as the Business Development Lead at WeShape, Pat is also known for co-organizing London Tech Leaders. Previous roles include recruitment for roles such as Site Engineers, Marine Engineers, and Naval Architects. Pat's experience includes sourcing new talent globally and assisting in the recruitment and selection of Officer Trainees in the Merchant Navy. Pat attended Barton Peveril Sixth Form College from 2014-2016.
