Yoann Coumes-Gauchet has a varied work experience. In 2011, they were a Working Guest at a Norwegian farm, 400 km north of the polar circle. In 2012, they were In charge of an international know-how transfert on a new technology at Saint-Gobain Isover. In 2013, they were an In charge of a process innovation project at Valrhona, group Soparind-Bongrain and a Vendor at Sève Maître Chocolatier Pâtissier. In 2014, they were a Business Manager at Phillimore and an International Operational Marketing Manager at VELD'S. In 2015, they were a Co-founder & COO at WeShareBonds, responsible for Growth Hacking/Marketing Digital, SEO Expert, Salesforce Expert, Product Manager, and UX/UI Designer. In 2022, they were a Fondateur at L'investisseur moderne and a Rédacteur at Super Promoteur, as well as an Associé at Time for the Planet.

Yoann Coumes-Gauchet completed an Industrial Engineer degree from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon between 2007 and 2013, with a field of study in Informatique, Optimisation des process. Yoann then completed a Specialised Master in Food Industry Management and Marketing from emlyon business school between 2013 and 2014, with a field of study in Marketing. Yoann also obtained a MOOC Effectuation : la logique d'action des entrepreneurs experts certification from EMLYON Business School in December 2013. Currently, they are pursuing an Expert en Conseil Patrimonial degree from AUREP, with a field of study in Gestion de patrimoine. Additionally, they hold an Expeditioner certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.
