Overview
As the Sr. Global Marketing Director, reporting directly to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing compelling content and global marketing campaigns. Your primary objective is to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and nurture our marketing and sales funnel to drive a qualified pipeline. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft integrated content marketing plans, develop captivating narratives, and shape key messages. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing impactful campaigns, analyzing performance data, and refining content strategies for optimal outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Content Strategy & Development:
Campaign Creation and Management:
Provide insights and guidance on innovative content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO best practices and incorporate them when appropriate to improve content visibility.
Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, videos, and website copy.
Utilize data and analytics to define key performance metrics and continuously refine the content strategy based on data-driven insights.
Team and Project Management and Collaboration:
Implement effective project management practices, fostering collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Manage and inspire a high-performing content team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Share results, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Uphold brand voice and vision across all content.
Work closely with field marketing teams to translate and localize global campaigns for regional markets, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
Work with internal and external designers to produce creative and professional-grade assets that enhance the impact of our content.
