Ryan McCutcheon

Ryan McCutcheon is the current CFO at Wesley Financial Group. Prior to that, they were with Ernst & Young from August 2003 to July 2007 where they worked as an Audit Senior. There they were responsible for the planning, execution, review, and completion of financial and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 integrated audits for public and private healthcare, retail, and distribution clients. Ryan also evaluated significant controls and classes of transactions within significant processes, documented and reported audit findings to senior management at the completion of audits, and supervised multiple staff members on all audit engagements.

From December 2016 to November 2020, McCutcheon was Managing Director, Accounting and Assistant Controller at CoreCivic. There they supervised the accounting department for the $2B public company with 15,000 employees and over 100 facilities. Ryan also oversaw the general ledger reconciliation of approximately 50 corporate accounts, compiled quarterly statement of cash flows and consolidating financial statements, prepared memos summarizing accounting conclusions and quarterly acquisitions for external auditors, advised the company regarding accounting and integration solutions for acquisitions, developed and managed annual budgets for three corporate departments, and participated in vendor selection through the company's RFP process.
