Samuel Liss

Samuel Liss is a seasoned executive and educator with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial services. Serving as a Board Member at Verisk since 2009, Liss also holds the role of Managing Principal at Whitegate Partners LLC, where the focus is on advising strategic operating companies and private equity investment firms. Academic contributions include positions as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University Law School and New York University Stern Business School, teaching courses in Corporate Governance and Professional Responsibility. Liss has held key leadership roles on several boards, including DST Systems, UJA-Federation of New York, and previously Ironshore Inc before its acquisition by Fosun International.
