Michelle Kapnias

Michelle Kapnias is a seasoned design professional with over 20 years of experience in digital product experience design, branding, and research. As the Principal and Founder of We:So:Bee since February 2015, Michelle focuses on helping small to medium-sized companies and startups enhance their brand and product offerings. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Executive Head of Experience Design at U.S. Bank, Product Design Leadership at Meta, and Head of Design at realtor.com. Michelle has also held significant positions at Intuit, eBay, Level Studios, GlobalEnglish, Yahoo, and IBM's Rational Software Division. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University and a brief course at Stanford University in August 2020.
