Necia Dexter

Necia Dexter, CPA, has extensive experience in public accounting and management consulting. Currently serving as Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Wespath Benefits and Investments since September 2016, Necia previously retired as a partner from Perkins, Dexter, Sinopoli & Hamm, PC in July 2022, where expertise included audit, tax, and consulting services. Prior to that, an independent consultant role at P2E Consulting Group, LLC focused on public pension fund boards. Necia's distinguished career at EY spanned over three decades, culminating as a retired audit partner with significant contributions in health sciences, strategic growth markets, and asset management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business.
