Henretta is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Wespath Benefits and Investments, overseeing legal, compliance, and internal audit functions. Prior to this, Sheila held positions such as Deputy General Counsel at The Options Clearing Corporation and Director of Division of Banking at the Department of Financial & Professional Regulation in the State of Illinois. Henretta is a graduate of The Wharton School and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
