Steven Clark

Steven Clark is an experienced legal professional with a focus on employee benefits and corporate law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Wespath Benefits and Investments since April 2014, Steven has previously held the position of Senior Benefits Counsel at Aon Hewitt from June 1998 to March 2014, where responsibilities included legal support for various health and welfare programs and patent initiatives. Prior to Aon Hewitt, Steven practiced as an Associate Attorney at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP in the employee benefits group, specializing in ERISA and Internal Revenue Code issues. Steven began a legal career as a Law Clerk at Conrad Sindt in 1993 and holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School and a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
