Chang Wang

Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Wesper

Chang Wang has over six years of professional experience in the medical device industry. In 2014, they began their career as a Research Assistant at the Key Laboratory of Regulatory Biology of Xiamen University. In 2015, they took on an Analyst Internship at Heilongjiang Provincial Institute for Food and Drug Control. In 2017, they served as a Design Engineer for a Biomedical Engineer Project at Cornell University. In 2018, they joined Wesper, where they held three roles: Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Research and Development Engineer, and Junior Biomedical Engineer. In their roles at Wesper, they collaborated with other departments to lead the product manufacture process, applied the design thinking method to improve product configuration based on customer feedback, and familiarized himself with the quality management system.

Chang Wang has a diverse educational background. In 2012, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biotechonology from Xiamen University. In 2014, they attended North Carolina State University for a course in Statistics. In 2017, they earned an MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University. Most recently, in 2022, they earned a Certificate in Product Management from Columbia Engineering Boot Camps.
