Harriet Cutts

Harriet Cutts is an experienced finance and economics professional with a robust background in regulatory roles within the utilities sector. Currently serving as the Regulatory Finance Manager at Wessex Water since September 2021, Harriet previously held positions as a Regulatory Analyst at Western Power Distribution and as a Regulatory Economist at Bristol Water plc, where responsibilities included economic analysis, benchmarking, and managing submissions in compliance with Ofwat regulations. Harriet's earlier roles included work as a Junior Economist at ERS Ltd. and internships with the Department for Transport and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.
