Laura Cousins (nee Mountney)

Laura Cousins (nee Mountney) is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Since September 2014, Laura has served as an HR Business Partner at Wessex Water / BWBSL, previously holding similar positions at EDF Energy and Hoare Lea. Prior to these roles, Laura was the Regional HR Manager at Tarmac from August 2009 to May 2013, overseeing HR functions within the Anglo American Group. Laura's HR career began with the Royal Mail, where participation in the HR graduate scheme led to various positions, including Assistant HR Business Partner, and the opportunity to work in operations to enhance business knowledge.
