Neil Drew

Neil Drew is a Senior Process Engineer at Wessex Water, the leading water and sewerage company in the U.K., a position held since July 2008. Neil's experience encompasses a range of roles, including Process Engineer, where responsibilities involved delivering outline designs and providing process expertise across various treatment processes. As an Area Scientist, Neil managed and mentored a team of Process Scientists, ensuring the efficient operation of up to 100 wastewater treatment works while maximizing biogas production and maintaining environmental compliance. Prior to Wessex Water, Neil served as an Environmental Technician at Enitial Projects Ltd., focusing on monitoring and reporting environmental variables for waste management clients. Educationally, Neil holds a Master of Science in Water & Wastewater Engineering from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Portsmouth.
