Leslie DiMaggio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, technology, and claims management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Claims Operations at West Bend Insurance Company since August 2022, Leslie previously held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Kemper, where responsibility included driving technology transformation and strategic platform initiatives. Prior roles encompass Vice President of Operations & Technology at Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. and Vice President of Operational Effectiveness and Technology at Kingsway Financial Services Inc., along with leadership positions at Southern United Fire Insurance Company.
