Kalia Reynolds is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at West Chester Area School District since August 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University since October 2019. Previously, Kalia held the position of Executive Director of Teaching and Learning at Appoquinimink School District from August 2018 to August 2021 and served as Elementary Director of Teaching and Learning at Avon Grove School District from July 2014 to July 2018. Kalia's experience also includes roles as Elementary School Principal at both Colonial School District and Christina School District, as well as positions in special education and grant program coordination. Kalia holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Delaware, a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
