Janette Schumacher

Janette Schumacher currently serves as the Director of Assessment for the College of Education and Social Work at West Chester University of Pennsylvania since January 2022. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Muhlenberg College from September 1998 to May 2021, where diverse positions included Special Projects Manager, Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Engagement, Director of Residential Services, and Assistant Director of Residential Services. Earlier career experience was obtained at Kutztown University from 1994 to 1998 as a Residence Coordinator. Janette Schumacher holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Alvernia University, earned between 2016 and 2022, and a Master of Education in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
