Michael Thomas

Michael Thomas currently serves as the Assistant Director of Ed Tech and User Services at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a position held since September 2021, while also acting as the IT Customer Experience and Service Manager. Prior experience includes a 10-year tenure at Marple Newtown School District as the Supervisor of Technology Support Services and Systems/Network Administrator, alongside roles at Acme Markets from June 1990 to October 2019, where Michael started as a Customer Service Representative/Night Manager and progressed to an Operations Technician.
