Musa Tjahjono

Head Designer at West Coast Customs

Musa Tjahjono's work experience begins in 2005 at Avid Identification Systems, Inc., where they worked as a Product Designer and Graphic Designer. Musa also had a role in Inside Sales and Graphic Design. In 2007, they started as a full-time student at Art Center College of Design until 2011, majoring in Transportation Design. Following their studies, they worked at ZooShoo as a Creative Director and Photographer for a few months in 2011. In 2013, Musa joined IAPMO as a Project Specialist and Test Technician in the Electrical department until 2014. During the same year, they became an Automotive Designer at Musa Design. Their most recent role was at West Coast Customs, Inc. as the Head Designer, collaborating directly with Ryan Friedlinghaus. Musa worked on developing concepts and ideas, creating sketches and final renderings, and utilized CAD data surfacing to bring designs to life. Musa closely collaborated with the head fabricator to execute projects accurately.

Musa Tjahjono pursued their education in a chronological manner, focusing on fields related to design. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Fullerton College, where they obtained a transfer degree and specialized in Concept Design in Animation. Following this, Musa Tjahjono furthered their academic journey at ArtCenter College of Design, where they studied Transportation Design. Musa completed their Bachelor of Science degree at ArtCenter College of Design from 2007 to 2011.
