Alex Mendez

Alex Mendez has been working in the industry since 2011. Alex began their career as a Sales Engineer/Service Technician/Installer at First Signal, LLC in 2011. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Operations and Customer Service Manager at the same company. In 2020, Mendez moved on to South Western Communications as an Installer 2/Field Supervisor. Alex currently works at West-Com Nurse Call Systems, Inc. as a System Design Engineer.

Alex Mendez attended Kennesaw State University from 2009 to 2011. Alex has obtained various certifications, including Rauland Responder 5000 Manufacture Training from Rauland, a division of AMETEK, Inc. in 2020, SI-275 SI Installation Excellence Training from Midmark Corporation in 2019, Standard Technical Traning (VER-ST01) from Versus Technology in 2015, C•CURE 800/8000 System Installer/Maintainer with Istar from Tyco in 2014, and Basic Installer Course for Novus Connect from West-Com in 2016.
