Lyndsey Croghan McPherson Pe

Lyndsey Croghan McPherson, PE, serves as Past President of the ASCE Capital Branch since April 2019 and has been a Hydraulic Engineer at WEST Consultants, Inc. since March 2019. Previously, Lyndsey worked as a Water Resources Engineer for the Oregon Water Resources Department from April 2016 to March 2019, contributing to the Water Resources Development Program and the Dam Safety group. Prior experience includes serving as a Hydraulic Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers Institute for Water Resources from December 2011 to March 2016, focusing on water modeling and hydrologic studies. Lyndsey also held the position of Environmental Coordinator at Smith Frozen Foods, Inc. from September 2010 to September 2011, managing compliance and permitting issues. Early career roles included Engineering Ambassador, Instructor, Student Researcher, and Engineering Intern, all of which contributed to a strong foundation in civil engineering principles. Lyndsey obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University.
